I just ran across this bit of news on the New York Times Artsbeat blog: on Friday, a woman visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art fell into a Picasso Painting, causing a six-inch gash in the canvas. The story itself is interesting, but the comment thread had me rolling. My favorite line, "Someone should send this woman a bottle of wine and tickets to the next Damien Hirst exhibition."
