Two days after W's arrival, we figured out that we couldn't all keep fitting into our queen-sized bed. Not without feeling like sardines. So with some help from a friend, we dismantled our bed frame, put the queen mattress on the floor, and placed a twin mattress right next to it, creating one gigantic family bed. We're looking to sell the bed frame (click here and let me know your best offer, if you're interested!) and meanwhile, I'm trying to envision pulling the room together decor-wise with this new vibe. It's kind of a wreck now, but I would love to create a romantic, gypsy/bohemian/caravan-y atmosphere to go with the floor beds.
